Semi-cured Manchego D.O.P. cheese with a natural hard paste and ivory colour, a pleasant milky aroma, a creamy texture and a smooth, delicate flavour, made exclusively with natural ingredients.
Maturation: 3 to 4 months.
Ingredients: pasteurised Manchega sheep’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
