El Becerril
El Becerril is our young sheep’s milk cheese. Made in small batches with pasteurised milk from our own sheep, it reveals all the aromas of fresh grass and aromatic herbs. Its flavour is purely milky and very fresh, while its texture is exceptionally creamy and light on the palate, thanks to its short maturation period of between 3 days and 1 month.
