PDO cured Manchego cheese with a natural hard rind and firm paste, straw-coloured, with a penetrating aroma and an intense flavour with slight acidic notes at the end, made exclusively with natural ingredients.
Maturation: 6 to 8 months.
Ingredients: pasteurised Manchega sheep’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
Approx. weight: 2.5 kg.
Due to its artisanal production and limited availability, this cheese is sold exclusively as a whole piece, without being cut or packaged into portions.
