Artisan semi-cured PDO Manchego cheese with a natural ivory-cream rind, a very creamy texture and a balanced, mild flavour that gains depth as it melts in the mouth, made exclusively with natural ingredients.
Maturation: 3 to 4 months.
Ingredients: raw Manchega sheep’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
