Artisan cured PDO Manchego cheese with a natural rind and a slight yellow hue, a firm texture with little elasticity, an intense aroma and a deep flavour with a light acidic note at the end, made exclusively with natural ingredients.
Maturation: 6 to 8 months.
Ingredients: raw Manchega sheep’s milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
Approx. weight: 2.5 kg.
Due to its artisanal production and limited availability, this cheese is sold exclusively as a whole piece, without being cut or packaged into portions.
