Artisan Cured Manchego Cheese PDO with a natural rind featuring a slight yellowish hue, a firm texture with little elasticity, an intense aroma and a rich, deep flavour with a slightly acidic finish, made exclusively with natural ingredients.

Ageing: 6 to 8 months.
Ingredients: raw Manchega sheep's milk, lactic cultures, rennet and salt.
Approx. weight: 2.5 kg per wheel (5 kg in total).
